Pig Wings are a fully cooked product and can be prepared in just minutes once thawed.
Deep Fry *Do not overheatPreheat oil to 360°F Fry thawed Pig Wings 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Allow Pig Wings to drain pr pat with paper towel. Let stand 2-3 minutes prior to serving.
Conventional Oven *Do not overheatPreheat oven to 350F. Arrange thawed Pig Wings to form a single layer on a foil lined baking sheet. Heat approximately 15 to 20 minutes or to an internal temperature of 155º. Let stand 2-3 minutes prior to serving.
Chargrill *Do not overheatArrange thawed Pig Wings to form a single layer on a preheated grill. Heat approximately 5 minutes per side. Let stand 2-3 minutes prior to serving.
Microwave (1000 Watt) *Do not overheatArrange thawed Pig Wings to form a single layer on a microwave safe plate. Heat (uncovered) on HIGH 3-4 minutes. Let stand 2-3 minutes prior to serving.
